I recently switched wireless providers to Verizon and was very impressed with the level of efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism demonstrated by the team at this location. Ginger and Armando went above and beyond to help me navigate a particularly challenging transition experience and were helpful and responsive to follow-up with confirmation. My overall experience with Verizon has also been good, but the onsite retail experience was outstanding.
This must be the WORST Verizon store in the Country. My mom is on my cell phone plan and I've sent her to this store multiple times for EASY things. It doesn't matter what the problem, they can't seem to figure out how to help her. Add a new phone to the plan? Their answer. "Sorry, we can't do it. You should go back to the Apple store." Can you please transfer my contacts? No, we can't do that here. Go back to Apple. "Can we buy a Verizon SIM card and add to our phone?" Nope. Go back to the Apple store and get a new phone. What. In. The. World. I've done ALL of these things locally at my Verizon store with ZERO problems. This store seems to have staff unable to problem solve. Their main "go-to" answer is....Go to Apple. So...avoid them at all costs.
This store was unable to process a return of a purchase 1 hour prior of the inquiry. time and $50.00 wasted for prepaid Verizon service. The best service in America hmmm I don't think so
I’m at this Verizon right now and there’s only one person working and I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes while she chats with a customer about cases. For $100 a month for a phone you can pay for more employees. I’m leaving Verizon at the end of the month.
Hey ginger and greff are the absoulte best. They check with all of their Partners to see if there are any promotions and will help you put money in your pocket
Staff can be friendly, but seems to act like used car dealers
Wow, what a great gang to work with.
Great customer service
Not a customer of theirs.
