How Do We Work?

To repair:

Simply drop off the phone and tell us of any issues prior to us repairing it. ( if you need it urgently; emergencies, business, etc), tell us beforehand so we prioritize it with a shorter ETA.

There is usually a 45 minutes - 1 hour ETA for repairs unless there are more devices ahead of your own.

We will update our customer with any parts that needs repairs before we fix anything on the phone.

Any device sent into repair will have a charge of $20 even if we are unable to fix the phone for a diagnostic fee.
