I consider it a bare minimum to put the tires on that were requested, at the price quoted, in a reasonable amount of time. I spoke to them on the phone, decided on a tire, and was quoted a price. I arrived and gave them a sheet of paper listing the tire size, and then they wrote down the tire size in their book. A couple hours in on the wait, the guy makes a joke to me that they don't have a tire stretcher to make the tires that I want to fit my rims. Turns out they are installing the wrong tire. When I tell him this, the manager goes running out to the service area and yells to the guy "Wrong tire! Wrong tire!" It took them four hours to finish with my truck. When it's time to pay, they guy tells me that he has to charge me more cause they quoted me for the wrong tire. I don't see how I can recommend this to anyone.

I had a flat tire (probably due to my own stupidity), they were so kind and helped with serving hearts! Will definitely recommend GCR Tire Center.
