PIEDMONT TRUCK TIRES INC

My technician Fritz was very helpful, funny friendly and fast. However John in the office was extremely rude & unprofessional in front of me & other customers. He was disrespectful towards his crew almost to the point of bullying them in a demeaning way with no regard to who heard him. I would use the company again if I didn’t have to deal with John. He does the company a great disservice! Fritz did apologize for what I witnessed but I felt that John should have been the person to apologize to me as well as the crew!

Had a recreational vehicle trailer tire blowout on the way to Charleston. We are from Charlotte, looked up emergency roadside services for fleet/mobile repair rv/trucks and this company worked extremely hard to help out with my family and kids on the side of the road. Felix arrived in a timely manner, replaced the busted tire, mounted it on the recreational vehicle and pretty much was awesome and saved the vacation. Thank you guys so much!!!

Workers in the back are friendly and quick, never had an issue with installation or quality if products. Gentleman in the office seems a little unusually and drawback

Greg,Nathan, and team keep our fleet of trucks rolling. Honest, quick, and reliable. I can't say enough about this company. You want your company vehicles repaired right give them a shot. They will not disappoint.
