Karl went above and beyond to get me going again, even though he was very busy that day. Very grateful they had the time to get the job done. And the rate was reasonable, especially with such short notice, Thanks Tommie's!

Had to have maintenance performed on air system after going over three. Very respectful, fast, and first rate work performed. Would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Very shady people 872.83 for two wheel bearing kits on a 19' Carolina skiff boat trailer and a -20 mi. tow on the Christmas weekend. They play the shell game on who you talk to on phone and what was said to jack up charges. Job was marginal (no seal cap replaced) and that bearing was hot by 150 miles. Warranty ? What a joke ! I'll see them in court, Period.. And the owner aspires to run for county council to attempt to collude with S.C. Highway patrol for more towing calls. It will not happen. They already know his ways well and so do EMS in the area. I'm just getting started. Follow up 1/ 16 /18. Evidence accumulating; Driver side bearing not replaced. 125% up charge on parts. 1/2 of which don't exist. Evidence is in the white grease donated by good Samaritan before calling for tow. He will be found as witness. Affidavits of similar service estimates acquired; 200 % overcharge !!! The claim they make of hard to find parts is low life. All they had to do was read #'s off of hub to order parts via phone or online.

DO NOT EVER use this place if you break down in South Carolina! I can guarantee you find a better deal elsewhere! Not only are they WAY over priced, but they promise the job to be done in 1 day and ends up taking 6 days fix things!!!! THEN, even though they take credit card payments, they refused to take a credit card payment on my bill. They pick and choose who can pay by credit card . They told me to send a certified/cashiers check and that the truck and my driver will not be able to leave for 3 more days until the payment is received.. Lets put it this way, they refuse to allow a customers to pay by credit card if they know they’ve done a horrible job and they don’t want you to dispute their charges. We Will be filing a complaint with the state of South Carolina.

Tommy's Auto and Diesel is my go-to in the town of Walterboro for any car repair or road service. Very competent staff that knows what they are doing and knows how to service a customer right.
