I bought a lemon laptop took it back 3 times and the laptop is only 5 months old and I wanted to just get another laptop top and they refused when In the past I was told I could and on top of that they wanted me to buy another Chromebook when I am still paying for the lemon ASUS laptop
They were able to fix my cracked screen for my Samsung fold 2. I had to wait awhile cause it took several hours. I was just happy they could fix it and it only cost me 100. Being that I had Insurance through Best Buy otherwise it would have been a cost of 500..
contacted this service center with a problem with a not working smartphone camera. At the appointed time, I arrived at the place and had to wait in line for more than an hour. The smartphone was in excellent condition. A week later I arrived at a given msto at the appointed time. waited over an hour. They returned the smartphone with a lot of scratches. To my demand to restore the previous state, they answered that they had scratched the screen and would not repair the screen. They are not responsible for scratching the screen. There are a lot of scratches on the screen. I do not understand such a service - to spoil the client's thing and not be responsible for it.
Glenn and Ezra - two exceptional men working at Bay Parkway’s Best Buy in Brooklyn - really helped me. My phone was severely damaged and they took time and patience to explain to me what is wrong with me iPhone, what the procedure will be, and how everything will go. It was so smooth and could not have been done better. Im so glad to have a local geek squad help me and even more glad to have been treated by these two workers. They’re the best at what they do!!!
This Geek Squad is amazing! Helpful and so full of life. I had my PC fixed in such a timely manner I had no idea it was even gone from my home. That tech Dean was super helpful. I will absolutely be bring my devices here for repair of ever they are needed again.
They helped me so much for what I needed I bought a Fitbit and needed to have a band that I boughto put on my Fitbit cause I wasn't able to do it myself and without a problem the girl that was working in the geek section did it for me without a problem I was so happy when I left the store all thumbs up for the people in the geek squad
