I've been coming to Alex at Wireless Zone for years. Every time a new iPhone comes out he takes care of me and my family. Best prices on accessories, phenomenal service year after year, this is what neighborhood businesses are all about!
I moved out of Brooklyn years ago, but I come here to upgrade my phone. The store manager Alex is knowledgeable and genuinely tries to get you a good deal. Him and his coworkers are helpful and kind which is hard to find at most cellphone providers. I definitely will continue to make the trek out here just for the quality of service alone.
Can’t say good enough things about Alex. Came in last week and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Strongly recommend everyone to go here for all of their Verizon needs. Will be back and thank you again!

This store was recommended because of Alex. the reviews were amazing. I had a different experience. Alex showed up at 1130 for a posted 10 am opening . No apology I found him rude and unhelpful. He had no phones to sell at the end of the month so he wouldn't even make any suggestions based on my needs.. Told me to come back next month . Don't bet on it. #
My wife and I wanted to get four new lines and turn in our old phones. The sales rep told us he would have a shipment on Monday. We go in today on Wednesday at 11:20 and he has no phones. Totally inconvenience us, and it's my son's birthday I was trying to get him something nice. Why lie to us. If you don't have it say you don't have. Due to your ignorant response. It wasn’t a last minute purchase fyi ,it was planned 4 days ahead of time, coinciding with information your rep provided. He told us that they were guaranteed a delivery on Monday. Please know your facts before responding. They even wrote the hours that they work and the days that they work on a business card if you must know. After going in on Wed after informing us with a disconcerning look and response, your rep said, that the location on Kings Highway has stock and they didn’t. Get it together and know the situation before reacting. Stop trying to cover things up especially if you weren’t there.

Alex was so helpful! My family and I had the BEST experience with this location. He took his time to help us transfer our information and made sure we left the store with everything we possibly needed. He was so genuine, helpful, educated and kind. He provided us with the best Verizon store experience we have ever had! I am going to recommend everyone I know to go to this location from now on! He’s awesome :
This is my first time that I went to this Verizon location on 18th ave. I did know what to expect. I go in and I meet Alex. This gentleman has knowledge, charisma, patience. He is very detailed when he needs to explain about your individual service. I was there for quite a bit, waiting for my phone to be completed. I had the opportunity to observe Alex’s interaction with any customer that came in. He made anyone come in feel welcome and gave individual attention while working on his previous costumers. Thank you and Kudos to Alex . I will recommend him to anyone. Great guy.

He spent his time tending to mine and my families needs on upgrading our phones. I would only go to him from now on. The BEST experience I have ever had with a Verizon store!!!
