Went to purchase a phone from this place and was told that I can't purchase it because I didn't want it set up....Went to another t-mobile store and bought the same phone without it being setup..won't be returning to this place

Not too happy about the company's policies at the moment. For what I have invested in phones, and service I'm not sure about staying with this provider. On a good note, the employees at the store are excellent! They're knowledgable, and go above and beyond to help.
