April 30,2024 I always go to this location as it is nearby and the staff has always been good. But today, I rarely leave reviews, however, the associate Marco has been extremely helpful and patient. We spent probably 2 hours figuring out what is the best plan for my new purchase, and answering all my questions and concerns. As well, providing other offers that might be more suitable for my case. But besides, being so patient and helpful, his customer service and friendliness made the experience pleasant and would recommend him anytime for anything. Amazing guy, hopefully he gets to see this review and his managers because he deserves the praise!!!! Wish you the best, Marco
A professional, responsible and competent specialist named Emin works here. We are having difficulty getting phones on credit. For unknown reasons, the bank wrote off more money than expected. Emin helped us understand this issue, accompanied us at all stages, showed patience and brought the matter to the end. The bank returned our money. We are glad that there are such people. Once again, many thanks to Emin for his brilliant work.

I went in with my dad today and asked some few questions about international long distance calls. We’ve asked for a Mandarin translator to service us. However, the guy was being very impatient and rude to us. During the moment where we trying to pull something out on our phone and show him. Not even 2 secs, he impatiently asked “do you guys have any other questions,” I was standing on the side looking at him when he was talking to my dad. It was really a bad service that we’ve experienced today. I highly wouldn't recommend this location for others in the future.
Last Tuesday, March 5, I went to this store wanting to upgrade my phone. The representative, Florence, was very rude. Her horrible attitude made me change my mind about the upgrade and after 7 years with TMobile, I am even considering changing to Verizon, because I never found such a bad service in a TMobile store. She was rushing me to make a decision and told me that she needed to leave to an appointment and did not have too much time for me. If I asked a question to confirm information about the phone I wanted, she repeated: "I already told you that" with a very rude tone and attitude. Such a horrible service in this store. Florence is not a good customer service representative, her attitude and rudeness are ruining TMobile brand name.
I needed a screen protector, and the second I walked in, I was greeted nicely and very well taken care of. It was done in about 5 minutes. When I left I was told to have a good night. I felt good walking in and out of there.
I came here to do an upgrade on my T mobile line , I was immediately approached by John, who was extremely nice and helpful and he took care of it in no time, I highly recommend this location.
I went to this store to replace any overheating Home Internet Gateway. They helped get the Internet that night rather than wait for shipment back to the corporate Company. I received the newest Gateway to lease from T-mobile that operates better than the older one. The staff was pleasant even though I had an issue with the Sim card. However, the same night I was able to fix everything. Other than that they were very courteous and caring and attempted to make sure the customer was happy quickly.

I came to the store on a weekday and a weekend. I wanted to switch from AT&t to T-Mobile with four lines and trade-in. Each time I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by the staff. Everyone was very friendly, especially Lewis . I cannot express how grateful I am for all the help and time he has spent with me . He took his time to explain the promotions discounts, trade-ins, reimbursement and what to expect on my upcoming bill. I want to give a shout out to all the staff there including the manager Tommy . I had a question regarding the new phones I received and called the store. Although Lewis was on a lunch break, his coworker informed him and he returned my call shortly . Thats great teamwork! Thank you all for being so courteous and so professional! I will definitely refer my friends and family members over to this location.
