My experience here was pretty good. I knew what phone I wanted, so I just walked in and had the promo's and pricing detail provided to me. They processed the purchase of the new phone and let me mail in my old phone as a trade in. They were pretty quick with this very normal transaction.
These people are thieves. They are more than happy to steal your phone accessories. If you ship your phone to this location , they will open the box before you get there and steal all of the accessories.
The staff was weared and they don't know how to talk to customer

They need to hurry up and close this t mobile store!!! Don’t waste your time,useless.
Please do not go here. They are thieves!. They charged me $25.00 for a charging cable. I went to another t-mobile bought the same cable and it it was $9.00 cheaper.
