What a pathetic disgusting customer service they hav,I went for new policy there are 4 people in office,one Chinese is talking to her family  in phone loudly voice,no 2 receptionist say to wait for someone & she’z smiling herself by seeing her fb in her phone,no3 Japanese guy is trying to flirt the average woman whoz sitting ahead of him & chit chatting laughing,no4 the other women very bsy in this guy’s conversation.now the time is going up , no one is not even responding that their is some one waiting for help,I left out..see how people are they should feel ashamed of thier behavior ‘s the agent should open his eyes and watch how service are going on.now a women came after me then this Japan or Chinese guy left the regular 1 and came to her & solved her issue,Am jst watching how these people are.so bad so horrible,o think they should change a board GIECO ONLY FOR WOMEN,shame of u ppl

Jake was great and lowered my car insurance more than 15% with better coverage. If the service turns out to be bad I will let you know.
