It has been an absolute delight to work with Maria and Marlon over last 1.5 years for our various requirement starting from renter's insurance, car and now home owners. They always keep customer's interest on top and ensure that we are buying only the required insurance nothing less and nothing more. In case of HOI, while lender wasn't that particular; Maria ensured that she double checks the requirement before we purchase our policy. Very timely followup and quick turnaround by the team over all. And finally have never heard from anybody in our close circle that we got pricey deal :-)

Marlon, mgr., needs to take a class in CUSTOMER SERVICE... He will constantly interrupt your conversation...His quote: If i feel a break in a conversation, i will give my 2 cents"... I asked him, "Even if the customer asks you to stop interrupting them?"... He replied, "Yes"... I'm in the service profession, and would never interrupt a client... If i did, i wouldn't wait for them to ask me to stop talking and listen to them... But, that is something that Marlon has forgotten... STAY AWAY FROM HIS OFFICE, AND FIND ANOTHER GEICO OFFICE OR INSURANCE COMPANY!!!

Marlon, Maria, Craig and the rest are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and polite Insurance Agents: not only do they insure all my cars, but my home as well as an umbrella for extended personal liability; they are the best in the industry and are priceless- 15 minutes saved me more than 15%!! Better then what their ad's state!!! : )

I've known the manager, Mr. Marlon Zarate for a very long time. Trust-worthy. ambitious, and an outstanding manager.
This team is new to the area, but you cannot go wrong

This office has Worst customer service ever. never try to get a insurance with this people.
