I had a wonderful customer service experience with agent Patricia Q. I had done my research on a new auto policy and decided to purchase from Geico. I had made a mistake in my research though, and the rate was higher than I thought it would be, however, Patricia found a way to reduce the premium price (we raised a deductible) and she saved me approximately $200 a year. She was courteous, she was smart, and she was professional. I'm very happy to be with Geico.

Patricia is awesome! she is patient and takes care of all your requests in no time! She is friendly and well-informed . I bet getting a insurance is a cake-walk and less of a headache  if we have to deal with people like her.
