GEICO Insurance Agent

They are so helpful here. I had some complicated things to do to my policy and Mauricio got it all done just the way I needed it. They are friendly, and it's the most affordable insurance I've had. Totally worth switching.

Review is not on this specific location, just GEICO. Was GEICO customer for 12 years, no at-fault accidents. Slid on some black ice and hit another vehicle. GEICO had to pay collision and medical. I was not cited by law enforcement due to adverse road conditions. GEICO raised my rates by 33% on next renewal. No customer loyalty, just another number. Btw, USAA matched your premium.

Walked in with an appointment, no one even acknowledged that we were there. Stood in front of the receptionist as she filed her nails while casually talking in Spanish to some one on the phone. A brief "be right with you" would have been nice, no such luck. stood there for 30 minutes before she held the phone away for a moment with a very rude "what do you want". I explained to them I have an appointment and they told me "your 10 minutes late" (but I was 20 minutes early and waited 30 minutes for them to acknowledge me.)
