With the understanding they are busy filling orders, there is much to be desired on how to treat new customers that is willing to spend their hard earned money there. The owner, Genesis, herself needs to take a customer service class and drop the nasty attitude.

They are the worst. So unprofessional. They said it would be ready by 12pm I went there at 3pm and they didn't even start doing the balloons. They took it 2 hours into the party and didn't even apologize or offer a discount. And on top of that it didn't even look like what it was suppose to be NEVER AGAIN!

RUDE PEOPLE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY. I ORDED 100 BALLOONS AND THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE.
