I don't normally put bad reviews up but they deserve this one. I went to pick up an order placed the night before about 2 hours early because my plans had changed. The woman in front of me just walked in and picked up 2 balloons at the counter with no problem. I was only picking up 3. They turned me away rather than taking a few minutes to fill the order. They were not busy and I left upset. I was taking to the woman outside who said it was ridiculous because she had no problem getting balloons. I came back in two hours , said something to the manager and he couldn't care less. There was no customer service skills at all, Just a bad attitude. Will never shop in this store again and we spend a lot of money on party items.
