They are super rude ! I called while outside the building - I didn’t see anywhere on their website that they are “by appointment only!” . The woman was literally on the other side of the door talking to us! I just wanted information about balloons and asked if there was a catalog etc to choose from. She stated the “by appointment only” speech again then went on to say no catalog just email what you want ???!!! I try to shop local - but people like this woman is why consumers shop Etsy, Amazon and anywhere but locally !
