It's been 13 days since payoff, still no statement. The person who handled the payoff, told me it will be her priority, what a joke.

They make it very difficult for customers to actually pay their bill. They send out a notice that online payment is $3.00, that phone-in payments are $5.00, or to sign up for auto-payments is free, but they do not actually provide any of these services, so you are stuck trying to make payments by mail. The "information" packet they send to new customers has NO links to, or phone info, or directions other than mailing in your bank info so they can take the money directly from your bank. Their website then states that they do not provide any services for you to make your loan payments. Shady or what!?

If I can give them a zero rating, it would be zero. Their service is horrible. There's no option to pay online. Bobbi and Scott has zero customer service. Asking for a payoff statement is impossible with these guys. Will never be doing business with them again and defiantly will not be referring anyone to them.

THIS WEBSITE IS ALL GOOD BUT THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE GENESSE FINCIAL BANK IS NOT WORKING OR IT ISN'T THE RIGHT NUMBER TO THE BANK.. PLEASE PUT AN OFFICIAL NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN CONTACT YOU GUYS.. THANKS ANGELA YANG
