Gentle Family Dental Care

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. Gentile Family Dental Care are wonderful. I have really messed up teeth and am in the process of getting everything fixed. From the people in the office, to the actual dentist, they are all PHENOMENAL! My entire family gets treated at this practice and I have never ever had a bad experience. They make me feel comfortable and absolutely do not judge me based on my admittedly horrible dental hygiene. I'll never go anywhere else. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WORKING TO MAKE ME BE ABLE TO SMILE AGAIN. I LOVE THIS PLACE THANKS AGAIN!

I have been a patient for many years and have always had a great experience. All the staff and doctors go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I have always been greeted with a smile when I walk in the door, called back to my visit quickly, and treated like a family member throughout my appointment. Thanks for all you do for your patients!

Extremely friendly staff! Dentist was so nice and friendly as well the entire office was a breath of fresh air. You can tell they enjoy their job and care about the patients. I Felt welcomed and my son was very nervous about going but they really put him at ease and was so kind he actually enjoyed his visit

I hate going to the dentist. I had a bad experience years ago that kept me from getting my teeth cleaned. I noticed some sensitive areas and plaque build up so I had to get a good cleaning. I worked with Kathryn. I had the best dentist experience I have ever had thanks to her. She was very patient and caring. She listened to my concerns when it comes to dental work. She worked slow and easy to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She explained everything she did in depth and she also did a great job explaining her findings and her concerns without making me feel bad about my dental habits. All in all I will continue going here and working with Kathryn for my dental care. So much so I just scheduled my 4 year old for his dentist appointment.

Gentle Family Dental Care provided me professional service. Dr. Shaver always goes above and beyond. He really cares. I don't mind getting preventive or major work done because I know I will be extended quality dental service at a feasible cost. I can tell from the moment I walk in that I am in the hands of a good group of people that LOVE WHAT THEY DO.

I have been going to Dr. Aust for 34 years. He is always friendly, personable, and professional. He is a wonderful dentist and person. His staff has always been very kind and helpful. It's been a great experience going to this practice!

Most staff are good except manager & 2 of the older ladies don't like being told when they arewrong. I made a special drive over to tell 1 member who sits at the desk about her comment she denied then Mgr was to call next day about $749 mystery balance from 6 months prior that never happened. I get a letter at least. I NEVER INTENDED ON USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN IN LIFE FROM PAST AND 2023 EXPERIENCE.

I was going to a practice for 15 plus years with employees who were obviously not happy. GFDC has been a total transformation for me, people who are happy and in a great mood. They truly r concerned with your dental care and you. Would difently recommend them.

Excellent! The hygienist was extremely friendly, as always. I forget her name but she is great at what she does..she even remembered my daughter by name, asked how she was doing, even tho my daugter has been living in orlando for the past year. The dentist is competent as well, explains what's going on in my mouth in lamen terms.. they get 5 out of 5 I wouldn't go to any other dentist.
