I would give them 100 stars. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor. I had the best care in my life. They are the very most affordable in the entire country. I checked. I came 3 states away and am extremely happy

I called in to get serviced and the women I spoke with was rude she told me to call my insurance to make sure I was in network and when I called back it wasn’t an answer so I assumed that they were busy I tried again an hour later no answer so I kept calling and then I called from my mothers number and she picked up Immediately right after I called on my phone. I don’t think that was a Coincidence.

Zero stars, I came here to get a partial done, I told them I still needed to get a crown done by my main dentist, they told me they can make whatever changes I would need to the partial once I got the crown done. So I went to get the adjustment made and was told they couldn’t do it and they blamed my crown being to big on my home dentist. So I called the insurance and they told me to have them put in a request to get a new one made, of course they denied it and the lady at the desk was rude about it even though I asked her to do what the insurance said. So now I am without a partial for the next 7 years since they wouldn’t/couldn’t fix my partial, or make me a new one even though they said they could. Thanks smile makers.

This place was recommended by a friend. I was nervous. But the staff here, make you so comfortable and treat you better than family. Through out any and all work, they are constantly making sure you're okay. I recommend this office a million times. Thank you for making my smile beautiful again and making the experience amazing and easy!!

I have gone to this place since I was a child. They are very professional and do the best work on my teeth. I have been to other dentist who's reviews seemed great but they weren't. I will always choose smile makers over anyone. They also very kind and accommodating to every need. It's very clean.

This has to be worst dentist ever. They only want to pull teeth everytime. They schedule an appointment so they can bill insurance then make excuse to have you came back and can only schedule appointments 2 months out. Highly recommend to stay away!!!

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and Linda is absolutely amazing she has made braces not so bad she always makes sure no wires are bothering me and she’s always super nice too me. I’ve had my braces for 2 years in April and my teeth look great! Definitely recommend for orthodontist

This place was where I went when I was a child and when I went to college I had some bad dental experiences and was excited to get back to Columbus and work with Smile Makers to get my teeth in good condition. The initial visit with Dr. Travis Ryan was good and informative and I felt like I was on the right track but then everything changed. I went to the Endodontist that I was referred to for potential root canals and was told my teeth didn’t need them and that Ryan should do fillings instead and that SmileMakwrs would contact me and if I don’t hear anything in a week, contact them to set up the appointment. Well, I called immediately the day I left my Endodontics appt and no one answered and I left a voicemail. Months pass and I still hear nothing. So I call back and leave another voicemail since there was no answer again, requesting my dental X-rays so that I could go somewhere who will help and they call back from that voicemail and they did send me my record. I just have never had an experience turn so sour when it is related to someone’s health and well-being, especially the teeth. I wouldn’t say don’t go here b/c they’ve helped my mom a lot but I don’t know about going here for more serious issues that need follow up.
