Gentle Wash Laundromat

I usually do my own laundry, but last week was so hectic I had no choice but to find a laundromat. A friend recommended Gentle Wash and I am super thankful. All I needed to do was text them and they picked up my clothes in 40 minutes, returned them the next day all clean and neatly folded. I also love their detergent options. Highly recommended!

I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate gentle wash! In early September I had to have surgery to have an organ removed. It was and has been extremely painful both before and after the surgery. I explained to gentle wash that I live on the 4th floor and I would need somebody to bring my heavy bag of laundry up to me tipping the delivery person, naturally! And their service has really been life-changing. There's such kind people, they respond immediately when you text them and they do a really great job with my laundry! I would recommend them to all of my friends!!

Been coming here weekly for nearly 2 years now to drop off laundry for wash and fold. They do a great job and are super nice. One-day turnaround and they're always on time. Highly recommend.

Super convenient location. Lots of different machines sizes available and decent prices for New York! Workers are always very friendly and wash and fold isn’t too expensive either

I am new to Gentle Wash Laundromat but not to New York City. My partner and I are impressed with their same day wash and fold service. Their on-demand pickup and delivery laundry as well as quality dry cleaning services runs flawlessly every time! Tried a few dry cleaners in the area and decided to stick to Gentle Wash. Noticeably they follow our instructions very carefully and do sanitize and bleach our clothes accordingly. The employees wear masks and gloves and the place looks very clean and welcoming. At first we used to use their drop off service which is the best but then tried pickup and delivery and got spoiled with it! With a simple text, someone shows up at your doorsteps literally within 30 minutes. The best service in New York City!

I love using gentle wash for pick up and delivery laundry. They are always on time and I’ve never lost even a sock! Very reasonably priced and the customer service is great!
