Perfect setup. Load your machine. Powder and liquids are inserted via lids that lift up on top of the machine. Select your temperature for your wash. Go to the machine on the wall at the rear of the store and insert four £1 coins and then press the number of the machine you’ve loaded your laundry into the number is clearly displayed on the front of each machine. Return to your machine and press the large square button on the right and after a second or so a red light comes on on the front of the machine to show you it has started the wash. The wash takes about 40 minutes to complete. Tumble dryers are on the left side of the store. Operation of these is quite similar to the washing machines. Load machine and insert coins into box on wall at the rear of the store and then press the number of the tumble dryer your laundry is in. These cost £2 for 10 minutes. Before you visit, work out how much it will cost you and remember to bring enough coins. The boxes accepted the £1 and 50p coins that I used. Washing powder is also available from a vending machine at the rear of the store. Prices started at £1. I brought my own with me. Any questions I had were answered perfectly by the staff available in the rear of the store. A great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Quick relief if you don't have a washing machine and dryer at home. Self service with someone on standby to put you through if you are new. There is also a professional dry cleaner there if you need them to do the servuces for you. Just have some money on you though

very clean affordable plenty mashines and you can go for a coffee or do your shopping in surrounding shops.spin city staff are pleasant and happy to help just ring bell and its almost instant help available.also have nice seating to wait in shop its also optional self service etc.realy lovely staff and good value every one should support them as part of our community

Very helpful staff. I was visiting from the US and desperately needed laundry done on a Sunday afternoon. I had never used their machines before, so the person working helped me through the whole process and made it super easy. He was smiling and friendly the entire time, even though he obviously had other work to get done.

Traveling and stopped here to wash clothes. Arrived at 5 pm. Spent GBP 27 for 3 loads. 5 to wash and 2 per 10 minutes to dry. Clothes still not dry at 6:52 pm and needed 10 more minutes and was told no that I had to take my clothes wet because they closed in 8 minutes. Are you kidding me????? That is horrible customer service after I spent 27 on laundry! Avoid this launderette!!!!!

This place is truly heaven sent especially for us tourists looking for a place to do laundry. The guy at the counter is very helpful. He tells us how to use the machines, how long should we wait, plus tips on where to go in the area. Absolutely brilliant!

I put my jumper into one of the washing machines, I went out, I called them if I can collect it a later than 30 minutes which was how long it was going to take they said I could, and I come back and my jumper is gone, the employees were unhelpful and the manager refused to do anything about it

My washing machine broke down so I had to use a launderette for the first time. The hours of this place say open until 20.00 and the last wash is at 19.15. I turned up at 19.25 and they still let me put a wash on! A cycle is £3, or £5 for the larger machines. The dryers are £1 for ten minutes. They have a vending machine for washing powder and dryer sheets so you don't need to remember to bring some and they're £1 a go. They even have a change machine in case, like me, you didn't think the "coin operated" part was important before going to the cash machine. So... great prices, great service, the only thing that'd top this would be if they did free coffee. Oh wait, they do!
