Do not use this auto shop! We used this shop for our fleet and was charged for repairs that never took place. Paid for brakes that never got changed, another shop confirmed. A coworker took her vehicle here to get engine mounts fixed. This shop said they purchased the mounts from the factory, the mounts were never fixed, another shop confirmed that the bolts were never taken off and new mounts were not installed. There are many more instances I could share, but I think you get the point. This place is essentially fraud. There are times where things we paid for got fixed but overall pretty disappointed with the work or lack there of. Find a shop that’s actually stands by their word. Good luck!Services: Tires
This place is a total disaster. I"ve had my truck serviced here for years, however, it changed ownership and was managed by a person named David who always did a fine job for - did exactly what I asked. However, when I came in the other day, another person - Jacob - the new owner's son was there. i asked about David and was told he was at another shop they own that day. Fine. I gave Jacob a list of for items to address - change the oil with synthetic, check the brake pads and replace if neccessary, Check the tire pressure and top off the radiator coolant. I came to pick up the truck around 5 pm when David said it would be ready but when I arrive, Jacob informed me that the truck wasn't ready and I'd have to come back the next day. When I arrived the next day, I was handed a bill for $847.14 - In additon to the oil change and the coolant fill, they took it upon themsleves to replace not only the brake pads but the rotors as well. And when I questioned the neccessity of replacing the rotors, I was told that it was always done that way. This is untrue because I had two past invoices from GARS where only pads were replaced. Further more, the back brakes had 4900+ miles on them. They didn't need replacing. I paid the bill and left knowing I would NEVER be back. I drove seven miles down the road to a car wash and as I pulled in my tempature gauge shot to hot and the temp warning light came on. I parked the car and opened the hood to steam billowing out. After several phone calls to David that went unanswered, I called AAA and had it towed to another shop. When the tow truck driver came he asked if he could take a look and what we found is that thermostat was unseated. The day before, GARS had taken apart the thermostat housing to find out why the truck needed coolant and they didn't bother putting the housing back properly. If there had been someone at GARS who could have explained to me about the thermostat housing, I could have informed them that one year ago, their shop replaced that housing. It was a year old. But there is no one there that knows what they are doing because David is off in another shop and they've left the owner's kid to run the place. I had a bad feeling when I first walked in and saw that David was not there and was told he was at another shop. I should have turned around and walked out but I didn't. Buyer beware! Find another place to service your car.Service: General repairs & maintenance
First time using them and am very pleased. Gave me a fair price and actually came in under estimate. I’ll be back.
I’ve been using this location for the last 6 years. Unfortunately when Zaharias bought this location everything went downhill. His employee David is not to be trusted. Although him and insurance have made the estimate for my car accident when I went to pick up my car already a full month In the repair shop David told me that the cost was larger so I would have to pay another 1200$ from my pocket. And I have full coverage on my car. He insured me that he will sent the proper paperwork to the insurance so they can refund me and he never did. Every day he had a new excuse. DAVID is biggest liar. I hope the owmer ZAHARIAS will see this comment and contact me . I have all screenshots from DAVIDS lie messages.. Absolutely ridiculousService: General repairs & maintenance
The original owner and staff were nice and honest. Their work was excellent, fairly priced, and done when promised. After the new owner bought the place, they tried to charge me more than double the going rate for a clutch master cylinder, almost three times what I ended up paying at another local repair shop. They're okay for oil changes, but I would shop around before using them for anything substantial.
I've been coming here for 4 years with my VW and Jeep. David and Kelly are friendly and honest with repairs, recommendation, and costs. They're a great resource for vehicle maintenance!Services: General repairs & maintenance
