Always love going to these guys when I need something done on my Toyotas and I don’t feel like doing it myself. Customer service is always on point and pricing is fair. You can go to a cheaper shop but no one can beat their accuracy for troubleshooting. No parts cannon type of work. They explain everything to you in detail and what to expect in pricing. Waiting area and bathrooms are clean. There is no wonder they are always booked so far out.
Bunch of theives. Only can work on the older models, which works out bad for the customer ... and very, very good for their pockets. Painting the Building won't change their thievery. Just because you live on that side of town, doesn't mean that you get taken for a ride. Talent as a salesman doesn't mean that your not getting reemed! If you don't mind getting reemed or have to, then this is the place for you. If your a wise consumer, you will realize that a Toyota Specialist is the same as a General Motors Specialist, or a Ford Specialist ... they come "A-Dime-A-Dozen" !! In other words, every good Technician is good with Toyota, GM, and Ford. They are the most common vehicles on the road.
Fair prices, fast service, got my timing belt and valve cover gaskets replaced. They use Toyota parts and the work comes with a 2 year warranty. Definitely recommend them!
Really great service - trustworthy, honest and friendly. My wife and I have been taking both of our vehicles Sequoias & a 4Runner there for years. Couldn't recommend them any more highly! In fact, their service has influenced our SUV purchases, thinking of where we would get it serviced if we chose another brand. We didn't!
ToyoTechs Truck & SUV Center was a great location!! Patrick was so accommodating and very informative. He was able to give us a proper inspection and then assist us in car maintenance for my sister's Lexus before going on an 11-hr road trip! Will definitely return again if we have any issues and would highly recommend to all!Services: General repairs & maintenance
I have had close friends work on my 4runner the last few years so when life suddenly changed, I was in search of a professional mechanic. I am so glad I was recommended this shop. Everyone at ToyoTech was professional, kind, communicated at every update, allowed me to decide what I wanted to do but also gave me all the information that allowed me to make a wise decision. I feel they definitely saved me from a major breakdown in my very near future. They went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my 4runner as it has been with me and my family for a long time Thank you!!Services: General repairs & maintenance
TL;DR - Ensure that you either get quotes in writing or record your phone calls with them, and check their prices against other mechanics. I was able to save roughly 25%. I called this shop from another one and asked what it would cost to replace the brake pads and rotors on my 4Runner. They told me $500, plus or minus a dollar. That was pretty good compared to the quote I had in front of me ~$700, including a fluid flush, so I left and came here to get the work done. I dropped it off and told them to replace the pads and rotors per our call. The next day they sent me a full suite of fixes that were needed on my 4Runner. When I itemized out just the pads and rotors, it was around $900. When I asked why, their manager told me that there's no way that they could do that work for $500, and that he was just quoting the front brakes and rotors. He said I must have been mistaken on the call. That's not a huge deal. We had a miscommunication. I called the original shop back and made sure their quote was still good. It was, so I decided I'd go with that option. When I went to pick up my keys, they wanted to charge me $140 for the inspection that they did. I understand inspections take work, but I never asked for this one to be done. The manager insulted me for about 10 minutes before giving me my keys and saying I was just one of those people he doesn't ever want to work with again. The feeling's mutual.
I've been taking my Lexus and my Toyota SUVs here for the last year. The master mechanics and the service advisors know their stuff. The typical "over sell" of non-essential services by dealerships doesn't happen here. They stay busy for a reason.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Very professional all round. I like this place so far. I went to fix my brakes, and they did a good job at a fair price.
Bill was great. Took care of our 4Runner and was honest and knowledgeable. Thank you!
