The staff and mechanics at World Toyota were very helpful and transparent. Unfortunately, my collision resulted in my car being totalled through my insurance company so they did not wind up doing any work on it. Karen Stafford helped me through the total loss paperwork and explained what damage caused my vehicle to be totalled. I am grateful for her transparency, help and compassion and would definitely recommend this collision center.
The folks here are all great! Alberto did a great job at keeping me updated along the process. Chris and the team at the shop did a great job repairing my truck after an accident. My truck now looks better than it did when it was first purchased.Services: Body & Trim
We had a small job to replace a side mirror but Corey handled it professionally and efficiently. Initially told me what the plan would be and followed the plan exactly as stated. I have always had a great experience with World Toyota maintenance, but the collision shop is terribly managed. I arrived at the facility at around 4:15 pm and there was only one customer in the waiting room. I was eventually given a form to fill out, and I quickly returned it completed. I waited and waited and waited. Everyone was sitting at the desks or at the counter writing, or on their cell phones. I stood in front of the counter and was asked to move by the cleaning lady sweeping the floor. I moved away and continued to wait. I asked the gentleman who took my form, how much longer and was told “a few more minutes”. I waited another 10 minutes, while I watched everyone 3 ppl sit at their desks alone. At 4:50, I finally asked for my form back and let the gentleman know that I was going to another repair shop. He said, “Go ahead”…Service: Body & Trim
Rear-ended. Alberto communicated with me every step of the way through the repairs. There was a shortage of parts too and it took 3 months. He was completely transparent even telling me the part # of the items they needed and giving me the option to go off market. I only wanted Toyota parts so I was open to waiting. Thank you!
They fixed my car beautifully, but took MORE than a month for a simple fender bender. Almost never returned my call and made no effort to figure out a solution when my insurance company stopped paying for a rental
Alberto Gonzalez in Collision section who I believe is Hispanic was very rude and unprofessional to me… I was told I cannot receive my car until last payment was made by Insurance when I was to pick my car 3 days ago. That payment was initiated 4 days ago as of this writing, the insurance company even called and spoke to someone at he Collision section to confirm the ETF and the person said my file will be updated to receive my car the next day. When I got there however, I was still told to pay from my pocket for that last payment to receive my car which I did because I had to return the rental car that day. So I called today which is now 3 days after receiving the car 4 days after the ETF was done since it is already showing on the tracker dashboard that Toyota has cashed the payment similar for the 2 previous payments for my refund and he is telling me they have not cashed it. I was surprised and furious, asking him to check again and confirm and while trying to let him know why I am certain it has been cashed, he started to respond rudely saying I cannot air my views on the expect refund, that I am impatient and it takes time not wanting to listen that I can see it has been cashed, then caught off the call rudely. He must be silly for that… why so arrogant that I cannot talk to him that he had to be disrespectful or I have no right to ask for my refund when Toyota already cashed the payment from my insurance? Very very unprofessional and the attitude from him is very disturbing in such a professional environment.
The service/work done was great. Initial reaction was "wow Iooks like a new car." Overall experience was great, they worked with the insurance company and I on the work being done and expected time frame when the repair would be complete.Services: Body & Trim
