I worked with Jason Quackenbush and couldn’t have had a better experience. I reached out to him via phone about a Taycan that was for sale. After our initial conversation I appreciated the most that he was flexible with whatever communication style I preferred. Buying the car from out of state and working I needed to be able to text and Jason was a pro with business. No pressure, answered all of my questions, worked to get me where I wanted to land with trade in. After purchasing the vehicle he was just as responsive for questions about use, he didn’t try to send me to any support lines. Another thing I appreciated about this Porsche dealership was they way that I was treated. I can definitely say I don’t care about clothing or appearance of a certain caliber that usually is needed to have decent treatment in places like this. I frankly look pretty disheveled unless I have a reason not to IE my wife says fix yourself.. Jason and the team didn’t bat an eye and treated me so well from the moment I walked in the door I would have bought a car there regardless. I drove 6 hours and will drive back 6 hours for my next one. Everyone the GM, finance manager, and receptionist  were great. They have salespeople from a vast range of backgrounds to cater to their clientele. A+++

As always, Tommy and team have gone out of their way for me. I bought a used Porsche and it only came with one key and three floor mats. They quickly got me set up with an additional key and surprised me with brand new rubber mats. Their service and attention to detail have earned them a life long customer.

Great service from the team here. We all know automotive industry repair is backed up through the roof and they bring their best in order to render services in a timely fashion. They knocked mine out of the park in 2 days that's actual time servicing on the vehicle, not from when it was brought in. Terrific experience. My service advisor Statson White was outstanding. I had a flat tire. So I did not have an appointment but Team Porsche got me in same day, had the tire I needed in stock, made the change and was accommodating at every step.  Love my Macan team!!!Service:&nbsp;Tires

Had oil change done at this facility and also addressed issue with massive amount of smoke coming from tail pipes. After oil change was done oil light still came back on. There’s still massive smoke coming from the tailpipe. As well as the idle of the car when I stand still, is still rough, which they were supposed to addressed. All yeah we’re ready to go already spark plugs and other services to fix that issue was paid but vehicle is still having problems. I called the dealership several times to get it in with the anticipation of having a courtesy car give it to me because I cannot be without a vehicle however, they state that they have no cars. For customer service. Wait time for a car to come in to shop is ridiculously long. Every time I’ve gone to dealership, the snack bar person is always out to lunch as well. Not a very good experience at this particular location. This experience is enough to want me to get rid of my Porche if I have to deal with them again..Services:&nbsp;Battery
