This place has a 4.9 in reviews so I'm thinking they must be good. What I dont understand is why cant they give me a price on simple brakes and rotors for my Audi. Just tell me how much it will cost without me having to drive 3 hours for an appointment.

You can trust the work will be done right, and at a reasonable price.  This is the only place I bring my german cars Porsche and BMW for service.

Took my Z4 in today leaking coolant. They came highly recommended and I can understand why. Honest about needed repairs and had it done same day. Great communication and very fair pricing. Highly recommend them and my car will be back for any needed service and repairs.

Service was due on Audi A5, German Autowerks recommended by family member.  Great service: the staff were extremely friendly, professional and appreciative of new business.  I was provided updates during my wait and kept informed of progress.  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  I will definitely return and refer others. Thank you

I have finally found a shop that I can trust with my auto repairs and maintenance. They don't beat around the bush with their descriptions of what is wrong. They tell you exactly what's wrong and what can wait a little longer. They call you before touching anything if they find an issue and the staff is very knowledgeable and approachable. I feel like I've found new friends that are just good with cars!

I've been using German Autowerks since I bought my finicky but loved Audi A4. I can't say enough about everyone who works here! They are very knowledgeable and have yet to steer me wrong. My first time here, I had received an inspection from another mechanic saying that, among other things, I needed the vacuum pump replaced. Jeff confirmed the previous mechanic's recommendations, except he said that the vacuum pump was really not something that had to be done. 40k miles later and it hasn't been an issue, and I'm more than few hundred dollars less poor.  It's also always fun to just chat with everyone as well! Their shop rate is pretty standard from what I've found in the Atlanta area and well worth it. They also do not put on a ridiculous markup on their parts I recently even had to replace a valve cover, and German Autowerks was going to charge me the same price for the part as for what you could buy the part at ECS, which is pretty awesome but obviously not typical. I've even brought my Tacoma in as well because I trust their judgement so well. Great place to bring your car!

Jeff, Shannon, Hunter and their team are simply the best mechanics I have come across.  Highly skilled, honest, responsive, and sterling customer service!  Without hesitation, I recommend you give them a try.

These guys are awesome. I always bring my Audi here. Excellent service and reasonable rates, which if you have a German car, is hard to find!
