Gerrity's Supermarket Inc

Rude at checkout, manager not worth much. Will never shop here again. They had problem with register not taking member card. Were incredibly rude and say oh that register has an issue, we're going to overcharge you anyway, be rude then ask you to wait 20 minutes for customer service to issue refund because manager to lazy...such an easy fix to keep customer happy and not waste everyone time... Never again gerritys.

I normally do not shop at Gerrity's, but stopped in for Marzetti Dressing that is no longer carried where I normally shop. Larry in Produce at the Keyser Oak is one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing to look in the back for the flavor I needed. He took extra time without even being asked and I greatly appreciated it. I will definitely return to this store because of employees like Larry.

I always enjoy shopping at Gerrity's, but today I felt I should post a review of a particular employee. Larry in the produce department at the Keyser Oak store went out of his way to look for what I needed. When there wasn't any of what I needed in stock, Larry was kind enough to find a similar product to match my needs. Employees like Larry are the reason why I continue to shop at Gerrity's Keyser Oak.

Prices are nice. Selection is good. Quality is fair.
