I purchased two Functional Trainer Single Column Weight Stack 2000‘s and a FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench from Get Rd’x a little over 6 months ago. A slight glitch with missing part when it arrived but they took care of that immediately. Review: weight stacks are impressive but as noted by other reviewers, the cables tend to jump the pulleys if your pull angle is off. Less space between the pulleys and the cables would probably fix the issue. Other than that, I love what I bought and with a little imagination and ingenuity I can work every muscle WITHOUT a room full of bars and plates. My entire area is 13’x 13’ and contains these functional trainers AND a treadmill AND an inversion table AND all my hobby stuff. Tight but doable. The bench: solid, solid, solid and heavy. It’s kind of a love hate relationship. I’ve never felt as secure laying on a bench as this one. Doesn’t move, creek or feel weak in any way. Better than gym quality. The hate part is the weight that makes it solid. As stated I have a small area and to move this 100+ pound behemoth around can be cumbersome for me. A bigger room would make it much easier. But that’s why they call it exercise right? Get Rx’d did a fantastic job from sale to delivery. The video instructions made it easy to put together BY MYSELF in under 6 hours, not killing myself. The whole experience and the products are well beyond what I expected and far less costly that other major brands. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Just got off the phone with customer service for this store. The associate I talked to was a huge help. It’s nice to have a good support team for products, I think that’s rare these days. This is the spot to set your gym up. Will be making more purchases in the future.

Geez!! Getrxd benches have some Major Major quality issues with their very nice benches!! We are trying to love this bench soooo much but...on our 3rd replacement due to the Nicks, Scratches, and some Bent Metals it seems like a big problem they need to fix. And please they better not even blame Fedex either, because all our packages came in good shape!! Also the outside packaging with all those black tape wrapped around the huge box was actually great!! We called regarding about this issue and was told that they reinforced the packaging already, well...let me tell you, we really believe that this company needs to go back to the drawing board on how to pack these heavy benches correctly using a better type of material super firm foams NOT those flimsy fragile Styrofoams!! All our packages came with smashed Styrofoams inside the box. We also truly blame the quality control because most of the Nicks and Scratches we found was actually somewhat protected with those flimsy Styrofoams and plastics, so it's gotta be those quality control people proceeding packing these parts and metals even though they were scratched up to beging with. If they don't fix this issues right away, good luck on a lot of returns!! I forgot to mention, We also noticed that a lot of the metals on all three benches we received are welded off centered the welding is nice though. The vinyl material they use on the pads are nice also but, super duper thin, thinner than my cheap $100 bench from Walmart. The foams are firm and nice though. Please seriously, we really love this design, just really need some good Quality Control and fix what we mention above. Include touch paint for people who aren't as picky and just wanna touch up the Nicks and Scratches. A lot of cheap gym equipment especially heavy ones like the FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench usually comes with a touch up paint. Paint seems easily chipped not sticking good. Check photos attached.

Well every gym is closed in the state of Texas so everyone wants a home gym. I was a little late to the party but placed an order with get rxed. The customer service was great. They got to me as fast as they could. And the equipment is outstanding. I just wanted to say thanks and if your thinking about buying go ahead and pull that trigger. You will not regret it. I would give Get Rxd more than 5 stars if I could. Completely satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service. I have used a number of different equipment in the past and have to say the construction and quality of Get Rxd surpassed my expectations. Over 50 and still lifting thanks to Get Rxd.

I've purchased a couple sets of equipment here and have been pretty happy with the quality and service so far. As long as you know what you're buying, then you won't be disappointed. Hard to beat being able to pick up in Houston and save hundreds on shipping from any other vendor.
