Ghazni Afghan kabobs & Restaurant

We were visiting Hayward for the evening and stumbled across this gem. The aroma in the air was incredible. The service was friendly and prompt (they warn it may take a while on the menu, it was about 2/3 full and we received our appetizer within 10 minutes and our food about ten to fifteen later). Everything we received was delicious but the lamb stewed with raisins was particularly delightful. It melted in your mouth and the seasoning was a new and exciting flavor for us.

The food here tastes great! The service is quick and friendly. I only wish they had a better location as parking is pretty scarce.

It's new hip, clean, good basic food. Step out the box and try it. The spices are not overpowering just right. Nice place for business or personal lunch.

Food was cooked to perfection, the lamb was extremely tender and the rice with carrots and raisins was amazing. One of the best dishes I ever had!

They make a tasty lamb kabob and I highly recommend ordering the Bolani appetizer. The service is very friendly and prices are reasonable however they still did not acquire a liquor license which is a bummer for dinner-time.
