Good quantity, service and atmosphere. Rice is too plain and sticky.. not the usual fare I've experienced at other Mediterranean places.

I love this place. I was attending a workshop in the same shopping center and happened upon it after the first day. We ate there for dinner after the workshop even though not hungry but wanted to try it as I had lived in Turkey for a few years and this place smelled like the restaurants we would frequent there. The food was great the staff was exceptionally friendly (elderly lady helped me at counter). We talked about Turkey and she helped me with the Turkish phrases I remembered ( -: The second day of the workshop, we ate there for lunch even though our lunch was provided at the event. We talked some more and before we left she brought out the whole family to shake hands and say hello. They enjoyed my attempts at Turkish as well. After workshop, we ate dinner there with some of the other attendees and they treated us like traditional guests in their own home teaching us about Turkish traditions and adding a little extra to the experience . The food was great but most of all the experience was above and beyond rewarding. This is now a must stop anytime I venture anywhere into the bay area. Adana Kabob, Shish Kabob lamb,,, and more was great!!
