Beautiful view of prarie and farm land. There is a canoe launch area, and a nice quiet walking trail that leads to some old abandoned structures. Small parking area holds about 6 vehicles.

Very beautiful, historic, and calming to visit. I love taking walks through the wilderness with my camera.

As a preserve it is mostly untouched which can be a good thing, however graffiti has taken over the gitchie monument. Wish the highlights of the area were better laid out so you could find them without trampling through prairie grass or social trails.

Awesome area to walk on trails. By yourself, with family or pets. A lot of Beautiful area to take great Nature shots.

been there...not impressed. great old building allowed to fall into decay, otherwise the place is kind of desolate. really not much there or reason to go there.
