Our technician, Chance, arrived promptly to provide a cost estimate. During that time, he answered all of our technical questions concerning the sliding-door window pane replacement. We also had another company scheduled for a cost estimate, but because of his professionalism, we canceled the other "competitor." When, Chance, returned with the replacement pane, not only did he help us clean the interior set of doors, but helped us clean another set of sliding doors. Naturally, we provided lunch for him while we diligently cleaned and vacuumed our sliding door tracks, which are only accessible during this repair. We highly recommend Chance. He ensured our particular needs were met—and that makes us very satisfied customers. Thanks, again.

Excellent service provided by Glass Doctor of Hot Springs. The tech was courteous and timely. From claim to installation of the windshield on my car, Glass Doctor’s work was superb. It is good to know that customer service is not lost during these times.
