Glass Doctor of The Gold Country

Everyone these days professes to be customer focused. Few measure up when it comes to actions versus mere words. Mark, and his team, truly live out this philosophy. I have used Glass Doctor of the Gold Country three times for glass issues on my vehicles. I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. However, my recent experience has shown that their commitment to customer satisfaction is more than a slogan. I had an issue that needed attention following a recent windshield installation. While we’d all like things to go perfectly the first time, sometimes that’s just not the case. When I brought the issue to Mark’s attention he was quick to respond and assured me that my issue would be resolved, to my satisfaction. He was absolutely true to his word. He listened to my concern and took prompt action. I am now completely satisfied with the repair and really appreciate the way in which it was handled. I will continue to use Glass Doctor of the Gold Country for all my future repairs. That’s the greatest testimonial I can give to any business.

Terrific Service...I called the Glass Doctor on Monday afternoon; they had replacement glass for my truck in hours. I arrived Tuesday morning to a prompt greeting and a specific promise time of completion. Not only was the work done on time (two door windows replaced) but all of the vehicle's glass was sparking clean and the interior had been fully vacuumed. They even gave me a can of glass cleaner and a couple of towels. A few months later, we had the Glass Doctor replace all the dual-glazed windows in our home that had lost their integrity. I had my 2017 Subaru Outback windshield replaced today and the electronics re-calibrated. Ken was kind enough to offer to drive me a local Starbucks and picked me up when my car was finished. My car was returned spotless and like brand new. They threw in a complimentary can of window cleaner and a new ink pen. All in all a great experience. They were super friendly and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I give them my highest recommendation.

People that want to do a good job and do it right, speaking of the Jackson, Calif. location! I have used them three times and been completely satisfied especially with the owner’s attention to detail. Nice living in a small town where everything is word of mouth and if you are doing a good or bad job it gets around town quickly.

Had an appointment on Monday at 9:00am and was going to wait for the replacement. Then after I got there they told me the windshield would not be there until 1:00pm. So I decided to reschedule after driving for over a half hour to get there. They did offer to have the mobile service come to my house, however that did not pertain to me because they need a covered area to perform the repair. So once again I had to make another appointment to get my repair. This was extremely inconvenient.
