Glass Doctor of the Bay Area

Had a broken storefront window. They gave me a fair price and did the job. Problem is, they put the reflective part of the window on the wrong side. I tried reaching them to have them fix it, but they won't return my phone calls. Maybe they got busy??? In any case, they should at lease call me and communicate. I will not pay them for the job until it is installed correctly.

If you want to wait HOURS for them because they are NEVER on time and then do it again and again because they never get it right the first time, this is the company for you. They have earned my undying animosity!!!

After a week of calling again and again about missed appointments, I realized these people ghosted me, so I complained to Google and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away.

This place if I could give negative stars I would. I scheduled 2 appointments in a matter of 4 days and they don't even show up without even calling to reschedule on BOTH appointments. So after the 2nd appointment I had to obviously call to see what happened and there "Manager" calls and says you can just go somewhere else because you can't understand our reasoning for not showing up for the appointment... extremely unprofessional and all I can say is DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME
