At first we had a tech come out and it was a little unprofessional. He was able to fix the window but glass shattered everywhere. Tech did not notice and left it. I came home and cleaned it up. I do have kids so it was upsetting. I called to let the owner know and he graciously apologized. He was going to have tech come clean it up. I would still call them again accidents happen. I'm sure he learned from his mistakes.

Tommy's Glass put in all the shower doors when we built our house several years ago - great service. Today, I needed an odd piece of glass for a outdoor light fixture and Robert at Tommy's cut it for me while I waited. In fact, he cut 4 pieces just in case I broke the piece again!!! Again, great service with a smile. I highly recommend this business.

Top notch customized personal service by far the best in Monterey County. Robert designed and his crew installed custom windows in my home at a very reasonable price under budget and before the projected deadline. I acquired multiple bids and some were less expensive but did not come with the personalized service I received and the quality of work that was performed. Every single person who has seen the work that Tommy's Glass Service has done on my home has been amazed!

A gentlemen driving one of the company vehicles almost ran me over, jumped out his vehicle and started verbally assaulting me before he ran to the back of his vehicle and grabbed a hammer and tried to assault me. I'm not sure what kind of business would hire someone like that. Not somewhere i would ever go for business and ill make sure none of my friends or family does business here. Not the kind of people i would feel comfortable doing work around my business. Smh

We called Tommy's Glass on a Tuesday afternoon to provide a quote on our vandalized office windows. A Rep was here within an hour sizing up our windows. Three days later, we had all new office windows. Great job Tommy's Glass! Glad we called you! Phil Fisk Coastline Marketing Group, Inc Salinas, CA
