This was honestly the worst service that I have ever experienced in my entire career. The salesman that I was referred to, Mike was rude, and evasive. We contacted them with the hopes of opening up an account for our California Job locations as we process and ship over a $100,000 worth of tempered and laminated glass out of state each year and we were looking for a local vendor to reduce cost. Upon initial contact I was told that we needed to open an account in order to obtain a simple price per square foot quote. We forwarded along our credit application that day and were told that it would take approximately five business days to process, and there wouldn't be a problem and they were 'excited' to work with us. Two weeks later we still hadn't gotten a response, so I called left a message and also emailed to check on the status of our application. Our salesman's response was that he would check on the status of our application and get back to us. Over the course of the next month I sent 6 read but unanswered emails as well as a few voice messages. When I finally emailed requesting who he reported too's contact information I finally received a short response stating that they were not interested in opening out-of-state accounts. If indeed that was the case, that same response two months prior would have saved us so that we could have looked for alternate options and not delayed our TCO, which ended up being extremely behind schedule. It wouldn't have taken but a moment to compose an email thanking us for our interest, and apologizing for the inconvenience. I suggest they take some extreme lessons in customer service and satisfaction.
