Been here awhile and had minor issues but new management just came in and they definitely aren’t as easy to work with compared to old management First Communities. They don’t answer phones even after leaving messages and they don’t communicate well at all. Save yourself the trouble
New management fixed all the lights and cleaned up the property! Looking forward to other positive changes!
New management to Sunbelt properties. Called for two days before I got an answer just to be cut off while I was voicing my concern.. wasn’t helpful just read off what was “dumped” on them from old management.
