Very nice staff, a little over priced but their a specialty shop so it's understandable. Still shop around.
I called the store to order scrubs for my clinicals and the guy was very rude- he insisted twice that I should’ve came in to try them on but quite frankly it’s hard to do that when you guys are only open 3 days a week for 8 hours, especially working full time. Also, when i told him the size i wanted he asked “if I’ve ever even worn scrubs” and that their scrubs are “different” than most. Then, when i mentioned just sizing up in that case so i could just have them tailored he said “it would cost a lot more than just buying a new set”, remind me where I said i would take them in with you guys to get then tailored? Overall my experience was horrible and I will avoid this place at all costs.
5 stars for my first experiences here a year ago, 0 stars for today's experience. Rude and unhelpful service from Jill and another gentleman that was uncharacteristic of the gracious, helpful service that had me returning to the store and recommending it to coworkers. Not having my size in stock is inconvenient but okay. Trying to convince me to pay upfront for an order that I can neither try on nor refund and then being rude about it when I say no is not.
Detailed message on the machine about how they’re rarely open. Managed to let me know they will be closed this Wednesday but neglected to mention being closed today at 1:30pm as well. Don’t bother going, they will probably be closed.
The staff was welcoming, attentive, and pleasant to talk with. I was impressed with the variety of styles, and colorful prints. It seemed that combination uniforms, of tops and pants, could easily be had for under $20. Afforable, with great selection, informed caring staff. The place was spotless, and well organized...No pressure to purchase....Plenty of free parking....it all adds up to a winner...I can't think of anything that was unpleasant...I'd suggest You stop in and look over their collection...Don't forget to thumbs up if You agree
Had a gift card I never used. Had the activation receipt with me. Told me it has a 0 balance. Told me gift cards never expire. Would not investigate. Basically told me I was out of luck. So instead of helping me and trying to figure it out.. they have now lost me as a customer. What is the worst part is it was $50, which should have been mine and was literally stolen from me by them.
I drove around 35 minutes for scrubs here, I was starting my classes soon and never had tried on or looked for scrubs the workers were quite rude and short, I ended up paying 80 dollars for 2 shirts and one pair of pants, very very pricey compared to where I later found better scrubs. I then wished to return and upon asking about it was told they don’t accept returns and no other clothing store does either when in fact, multiple other clothing stores, multiple other scrubs stores and shoe stores are in fact accepting returns, I wished to return because I had not even taken them out of the bag. Was treated very poorly with little compassion, was told that I was warned about the no returns policy when In fact I never was and never was made aware of any sign or anything. very disappointing I suppose. And if I tried it on in store and put it back in the rack how is the return any different?? oh well.
Mike is EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I have never experienced such sarcasm from someone before. Called to check up on an order status of something that was ordered 3 weeks ago and he goes “uhhh didn’t I just speak to you a couple days ago? what did I tell you a couple days ago? I’m going to tell you the same thing.” As someone who was speaking very nice to him I thought that was extremely sarcastic because I was asking for an update on something that was needed for clinical. That is no way to talk to someone who is being nothing but nice. I just asking if there was any possibility it could be ready by a certain day since I waited 3 weeks already. No need to be rude over the phone. Very disrespectful and terrible customer service.
My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom while I was shopping. I asked if there was a bathroom she could use and I was directed to McDonald's. I asked the 2 employees where they go to the bathroom when they work and they said they don't. Historically I've had bad customer service at this place but I kept going bc of their location. After today I'm done with this store.
Went in looking for a specific style smock and the lady was very rude. She was showing me things that were not in any way what I told her I was looking for. Ended up finding them myself, but did not purchase. Was rude upon leaving too. Will not be back. Ever.
