Great customer service! I came in there today with no idea what to get Brandi and Ryan went above and beyond to help me find a purse and shoe! Ryan was so helpful taking the extra time to go through a couple of different shoes to find what I wanted ! And Brandi brought out every shoe I needed to make sure I found the perfect one! I love aldos styles and unique hand bags. However I will never buy a fully priced item from them again. My winter boots fell apart at the soles after 7 months of use. They are literally falling apart so bad there’s no way to fix them. One of my hand bags completely ripped apart after about 6 months. The fashion is there, but the quality is not!

Love love Aldos. Always have. Had to catch the sale after Christmas. Prices were great! Their weren't many purses to choose from! Shoe selection was great though.

The store would only allow one person in at a time on Saturday. If that is the case there is no need to be open to the public. They should stick to online sales only. I was very disappointed because I like their shoes and so does my woman. We saw a purse that matches the shoes she bought from there and did not have the time to wait in line to purchase them.

Was here on thanksgiving night and had the best experience. Every single employee was so friendly and helpful and really made it an enjoyable experience to shop there as they joked with us and hyped us up the whole time

This is the second time I’ve come to this Aldo and one specific employee is on her phone, cussing about another employee needing to “make up her mind if she’s going to bay shore or not”. Wasn’t greeted and although I was really interested in purchasing a pair of boots no one acknowledged me. I’ll goto Brookfield from now on.

BEWARE... Although hours are until 9pm, they close whenever they feel beneficial for them. I walked up at 8:50pm and the doors were closed and locked. I called and "Zack" mentioned they closed the doors early to prepare for inventory. Word of advice for Aldo Shoes........Don't post hours to the public if you're not going to abide by them. Waste of a drive!!!!
