The check in experience was smooth and pleasant. The locker room has showers, steam room and restrooms. There are comfy robes and slides to wear while you wait. You have some water and juice, granola bars and small snacks for the before or after treatment. The waiting area is comfy and very serene. The massage rooms are nice and relaxing. My massage was good. I asked for back, shoulders and neck area focus and that's what I got. It was not a 50 min massage though, only 40 minutes. That's typical, but still disappointing. Overall, I would recommend this spa. I've been twice and both times were very nice.
From check in, to check out, I have no complaints. The lockers were fabulous, the mood serene, and the relaxation much needed. I got a pair of note cards with advice after my services from both my masseuse and esthetician. I had a mixed massage 90 min & a facial with a peel. Next time I will definitely do a 90 min massage & a 90 min facial, and of course arrive with time. They were able to fit me in as a walk up, thankfully, and they kept me until closing. I'll be back - the experience was amazing! Nikki was definitely a huge highlight.
We got a "spa day" as part of our package with Little Chapel of Flowers. This turned out to just be a massage. The location is beautiful, everything went fine, the massage was good, but the price as astronomical for what really was just a fancy prep room and standard massage.
Kat was awesome! Really enjoyed my massage. The spa itself is very nice. I enjoyed the relaxation room. A locker, robe, and shoes were provided which I enjoyed as well.
The massage was absolutely amazing, no complaints there at all but the steam shower was out of order, as well as one of the showers. After my massage I had a ton of oil on me and figured I’d just take a really hot shower to wash off and compensate for the lack of a steam room….. however the hot water was out in the shower. I waited over 10 mins hoping some hot water would come on but it stayed cold. Slightly disappointed. There also was no shower curtain and there was black hair all over the walls. While the massage was worth going back to I do wish I could have gotten my full moneys worth with access to a steam room and shower.
Wow! Words cannot describe how blessed, pampered and relaxed I felt after a few hours at the Glow spa at the Tropicana resort by Hilton. From the lead concierge, who is beautiful and so helpful, to Tonya and Eric who assisted her, I felt like royalty. My pedicure and wax done by Rachel was amazing. She is so friendly, kind and professional. She saw some needs regarding skin care and recommended amazing products Troy, my masseur, knew how to use the hot stones, bamboo and his hands on a chronic pain girl. He checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted as needed. This has truly been one of my favorite experiences in Vegas! -Anna
Not too bad of a place to get a massage. It was a bit pricey in my opinion for the quality but it was still good. The masseuse recommended a few extra or different things including the hot stone massage which was great! It seemed to be a slow time but it was a good experience overall.
We Groupons this spa. I expected kind of a lower level of service but not the case. My masseuse handled my requests perfectly! Gout, scoliosis and injury’s she was able to release a lot of pain and help relax my tensions! My wife said she felt bruised from her masseuse but had a great massage with some great recommendations as well. The conversation was great. There credential had zero concerns. I do recommend this place. Accessible from any direction, we walked here from the Flamingo. The atmosphere was relaxed, calming. The tables handled my 6’6” 225lb body very well and I felt comfortable!! I will be back next time I am in Las Vegas.
Loved it there had a facial with racheal she was awesome very knowledgeable And when I left I was so relaxed I would definitely recommend
