The Spa at Park MGM

We really enjoyed our stay here. I picked this place because it was non-smoking, reasonably priced and came recommended by a friend. The property itself is great and has everything including restaurants, casinos, some quiet space as well as places to sit for people watching. The service was also really good, including luggage check, check-in they expedited the process and helped us skip the long line and service we requested because our toilet was running. My only constructive feedback would be to upgrade the room floors we; the carpet looked a little dingy and the lighting was really dark. That being said, we would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at this property. The rooms are really clean, beds super comfy, and housekeeping was great. We spent the day at the pool and I really liked that the pools have an area that is 4in deep. It was perfect for my toddler and he had a great time. I’d recommend getting a couple of chairs with an umbrella if you have kids. We grabbed one, ordered drinks and food and relaxed.

The room was very clean. I came prepared with cleaning supplies and started with the bathroom and found nothing on my cleaning wipes. I love that it is smoke free. The decor is missing something. The gallery walls are great and I really like the couch but the table, chair and carpet makes the room look dated. Everyone that worked at the hotel was extremely helpful. The security guard we encountered twice was absolutely kind, I'm sorry I didn't get her name.

I love that this hotel is smoke free. I also enjoyed the eateries they have especially the upscale food court Eataly. We also went to other restaurants like Primrose and Best Friends and the food were all so good. We wanted to try La La Noodle but it was fully booked and we did not have any reservations. I think with most restaurants one has to make reservations. The room at the hotel we stayed in was nice and clean. The location is also very convenient for getting around the strip. I would certainly choose this hotel for its location and because it is the only hotel with a smoke free environment in the strip.

Good hotel. Non smoking which is awesome. The rooms are pretty nice. All the staff were super helpful. Had a few great dealers, some fine, which is probably standard for Vegas. The pool area was fun. Unfortunate that it closes at 5 at least in October. Love eataly so that was great having it in the hotel.Rooms: 4/5

Great venue! The outdoor space is clean and spacious. Would love to come back and experience watching the events on the large screen on the outside of the venue. We the Vegas having open container laws in sure it would be a blast with a good group of friends. Inside is spacious and clean as well. Not a bad seat anywhere.

The walls are thin here. Fortunately for our stay our neighbors weren't loud. I feel like the renovated decor is lacking. The bathroom is nice but the room is very basic. If the price is right, this place is fine but the thin walls would make me nervous. If you get unlucky with your neighbors, it could be a problem. As a positive, the place is well laid out and it's easy to get to everything. Also, clean!

I LOVE this hotel as it is ALL non- smoking. Very nice hotel. All staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice with enough room. Beds were very comfortable but pillows were a little too soft. The casino wasn't to busy so you were comfortable and did not have to worry about a lot of people being too close. The Starbucks on the first floor was extremely busy so if you can put in a mobile order, do so from your room and by the time to get to the store your drink will be ready. The Italian restaurants in Eataly were very good. The location was great. Lots of things to do close by. Taxis really available. Great experience!!

Room was clean, had good amenities and a nice layout. Service was good except I had to bounce back and forth to different places to get points in the MGM rewards program. Location is a little far south and a bit of a walk from other attractions but not too bad. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Walking around the Park MGM, was such a pleasant experience. It was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. A good environment. There was no negativity, no trouble makers, or any "Riff Raff!" Individuals were enjoying the hotel, whether they were with: families, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc. A good environment. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their experience, especially at the Casino. The hotel was clean, and I felt secure. A wonderful place...
