I’ve been to this location way too many times about 10 and have only entered maybe 1 time. There’s always a “We’ll return in ‘XYZ’ time” sign, but they don’t return by that time. I was foolish enough to wait 30min past that time once — I could’ve gone to another GNC — and some other customer re-arrived and said “They’re still not back? This store is never really open. This is my 2nd time coming back today to see if they’ll be back soon”. So I just stopped wasting my gas on this location; traveled further to the one on Camden. Beware. You’ll likely be wasting your time coming to this location.

While the convenience of the store being around the corner from where I live is nice, the inconsistency with their operating hours is truly a letdown. There have been too many trips for supplements where I arrive and either the door is locked with lights on, or a handwritten note about being closed

The employee is in the store and has a sign up that says will return. Doors are locked cannot get in to buy supplements at 4 PM on a Saturday.

Every time I go to this store during it's business hours it's closed. It's really conveniently located but I can't just wait around for someone to show up.

Correct your hours and pick up the phone. Have to leave on a family emergency so I called ahead to the store to ask if they carried a supplement I needed before the trip and check their hours. They did not answer. Called again. They did not answer. This was at 4:45 PM. Checked Google for store hours, says they’re open until 6 PM so I thought I might as well drive down to check it out. Got to their door at 4:59 PM and the door was already locked and the lady at the store refused to help or listen. Figures that they wouldn’t answer the phone because they wanted to get off work.

Out of the 3 times I have been to this GNC 2 of the times the door is just locked with a sign saying will return later what is even the point of going to this place if they aren’t even open during operating hours

Went here and got helped multiple times by Danielle! Extremely friendly and helpful! We need more employees like this!

The store is new and clean. It's a very good location next to Jamba Juice. Since I'm a health nut, I wanted to check it out while I waited for my smoothie to be made. No customer service or worker. It was a quiet store with the worker hiding behind the register. You guys might be able to make a sale for pointing out what's on sale or what's popular right now or even just asking what the customer came in for.

I went to buy protein bars. They put all in shelf. ON brand and says, buy 2 get 1 free. Buy when i want to check out the girl that work over there said No you have to buy 5 to get 1 free. And i know by the rule when you put all in wrong shelf you have to give customer like says on the shelf. And she didn't care i left all my shopping there and left the store . So sorry for this store i never back to this store and for sure by online or go another gnc store and i have alot friends in saratoga area and let them know to never shop from this store sorry for you to doesnt know how to be nicd with your loyal custome

My sister and I walked in to get a cleanser. My sister mentioned that she need to clean her system of weed brownies she ate. The sales lady said because she mentioned weed that she was unable to sell us anything in the store. We asked anything and was told we couldn't purchase anything.
