Good selection. Good produce. Prices are a little high for the most part, but there's some great deals. If you have dietary restrictions, you'll probably find better/cheaper options here than elsewhere. Nice store. Clean. Parking lot is safe.

Customer service here is atrocious, really horrible. Staff act like customers are the enemy. It's extremely difficult to get anyone to help you. They seem to run the opposite direction whenever a customer needs help. Don't even try to get help at the meat counter, the staff ignore you when you try to get their attention! There must be something wrong with the training and hiring at this location. When you go to other Sprouts stores usually the staff are helpful and treat you with respect. When you go into this sprouts, it feels like the staff could care less whether customers are happy or sad, satisfied or unsatisfied. There is a huge problem with the culture of customer service at this location. It's so different from other locations.

We love Sprouts and we love the products at Sprouts. I was there at the store on Sunday, Sep 18th,2022 around 7 pm. We tried the self check out. The bar code on corn bread didn’t scan. I tried couple of times and it didn’t go through. I pressed the “assistance” button. The person was just there and she wouldn’t come when called. She would y even look at us. She was just walking the other side. So I went ahead and scanned the rest. We chose an incorrect item and needed help with now two items. I said “excuse me”, she wouldn’t turn and see me. I had to call her twice who is within 5 feet. Then she looks at me with this angry stare and then tells me about the edit button on the top right. When I told about the corn bread issue, she got the bread from me and entered on the screen. No smile, nothing. I truly don’t want this experience for anyone else visiting Sprouts. I love the store and I would like this review to help them assess the issue. You can also look up in the camera if needed. Hope to see some change.

I rate a 4, would of rate 5. However, there store had no shopping carts available. An employee told me they only have 10 carts. Honestly, it's common sense to put locks on the shopping carts. I'm sure, we all pay enough taxes at this store to have this option , for our convenience to borrow the cart.

Sprouts is my go-to for healthy ingredients, especially fresh produce and bulk foods. Unfortunately, they say they are instituting a new sustainable program, and due to this, they currently only have plastic bags for checkout. I can always bring my reusable bags when shopping in person, but it means that I can't order for delivery or pickup without accepting that it'll be coming in plastic bags. Hopefully the new sustainable initiative gets implemented sooner rather than later.

Good selection of organic produce and in generally well organized. Staff at the checkout counters needs more training. It would usually take 2-3 times longer to checkout than in other stores.

For my first time going to a sprouts, I can easily find myself going broke getting all kinds of wonderful nutritional treats that are good for the soul. Not to mention all the supplements that go above and beyond. Thank you for the 90,000 choices for melatonin.

I love this store as you get all organic food items here. I used to visit store in Sunnyvale, this time went in San Jose. Huge space with Ll varieties of food. I feel its little expensive. Staff was polite. Specially all kinds of seeds available to buy. This is the shop for fruits, I like apples from this store.

Love the Kombucha selection they have here. They have Humm's limited edition Unicorn cupcake almost tastes like a lemon cupcake and of course, GTS.
