GNC

Went to GNC and purchased the Nugenix product theyre touting as the big breakthrough in workout. Recovery & enhanced libido. Took my first dose today and went for my morning 10 mile ride....haven't felt much different yet but it is only the first day

Horrible..i traveled 30 min on the train to get here and the store was closed at 11am tuesday with no kind of notice posted as to what's going on yet the store hours are supposed to be from 9am-8:30pm

I called to inquire about a protein mix, the woman who answered informed me she would have to check after she finished with a customer. Not only did she finish with "said" customer, it seemed like she was speaking with someone else, and then I heard her say in the background "Welcome to GNC" apparently to a new customer!

I found what I needed it and the worker was very helpful and nice too. plus had positive energy too. Thank you.

A great experience shopping and kind workers

This is the second time I came to the store and it was closed when it was supposed to be open. Smh. Sad.

Personal was great with her customer service ; but this store has to be concerned about there availability with having items in stock .

The manager is one of the worst managers I ever seen. I hope Gnc fires him. Disrespectful, does not know how to treat people, never mind customers. He should be trained to treat people properly.

The salesperson was pretty clueless. The shelves seemed bare. Not impressed with this location.
