Great selection of quality at reasonable prices. Thanks to my sales consultant Jared Faucet who was very patient and helpful. The furniture delivery went exactly as planned. Delivery communication is outstanding and the furniture delivery team was on time and set up the new bedroom furniture perfectly. First time shopping at Godby and could not have been more pleased. Selection was beautiful and Eric was incredibly helpful and patient. With his help we picked out a gorgeous bedroom set! Shopping for furniture has always been an intimidating process for me, so thank you Eric for making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process!

Godby has been a part of furnishing many of my families houses! We always find ourselves coming back here, not only for the prices and wide range of selections, but for the experience of working with their sales associates. Eric showed us all our options and made sure no corner was left untouched. We always appreciate the patience and attention we get at Godby. We'll be back!!

Loyd was great to work with! He was very helpful and knowledgeable without any pressure to purchase. We had to order our furniture, so the jury is still out on how the rest of the process goes, but anticipating a smooth process.

I have been working with Sue , at the Avon office for quite a few years now. I always call ahead to see when she will be working. She is very knowledgeable and very professional while being so personable. I was choosing fabric and was amazed when she chose the fabric that she thought i would end up picking out. She was totally correct too. I took samples home and made my decision. She seemed to know me and my taste.

Sue, was very friendly and welcomed us into the store asking what we were there for. She showed us what we were interested in without being pushy. She did offer advice about the different options she had for us. We did buy from her because it was the best for us after being in other stores.

We have shopped at Godby’s for now several years. The quality of the furniture is always superior and the customer service cannot be beat. The staff in the Avon location is so friendly and professional with a no pressure approach. You can tell that they have a great team by the way they interact with each other. Special mention goes out to Jill, Steve and Shelly! They follow through on our purchases and keep us informed of the progress of our order. I highly recommend when shopping for high quality and great customer service!

Sue is amazing. She knows how to approach and read you without you realizing it! She is a natural at what she does as it comes to getting to know you without it feeling like a sales trap. Sue was very gentle and kind and led me right to my dream living room set. Godby Home Furnishings has so many beautiful pieces at all price ranges. But Sue did an excellent job at narrowing a comfortable price range for me without directly asking. My mom and stepfather purchased their sectional from this store two years ago and we all love that sectional!! it is so comfy! So finding my living room set from this same store has left me elated as I work on moving into my new home.

Horrible customer service. Said furniture would be 2-3 weeks. It’s been over 5 weeks and still don’t have it. I called the store and they wouldn’t even look up the info without the salesman being at the store. Godby also said they would have the salesman call me back and after the 2nd day I had to call, only to find out that they had it and wouldn’t even tell me how long they were setting on it at the store. Now they want us to wait another week to get it delivered. Way too expensive of a furniture store to put up with rude and lazy employees. You have a record of my sale, you know exactly who I am because I called your store saying this exact thing yesterday. my name is Shad Harth and I am not taking anymore time emailing you or calling you. If Godby wants to make it right, Godby can call me. Update, Godby never called or emailed so doing, “all they can do”, obviously means doing nothing.

Loved all the nice furniture there and prices. I had a very nice and helpful sales lady Sherry that was so knowledgeable. She took so much time to help me. I purchased a sofa and La-Z-Boy recliner.
