We have been purchasing furniture from Otto at oak creations for 15 years. Every piece we own 28 pieces and counting looks as good now as the day we bought it. We have had a few minor issues that have always been taken care of at no charge. I recommend this business to anyone looking for reasonably priced high quality furniture.

We just bought our 8th piece of furniture from Otto and family. We looked at other places and found the quality not near that of Oak Creations. Chuck took the time to listen to our needs and made some helpful suggestions. They were even able to match the stain exactly to some of our other pieces. We will definitely be back.

I love this place. They take their time and listen intently on what your needs are. They give you ideas and are very thorough. We have had our towers for 13 Years and went back today to expand our bridge to fit a bigger TV. Otto took his time explaining why we would want to do certain things to make it more symmetrical. I so appreciated his thoughts and ideas. If you come there for speedy ck out. Don't go. They take their time to be sure you get what you want and need. I give them five stars.

My mother recently visited this store to return a rocking chair she received as a gift. The chair was purchased prior to Christmas and delivered to their home around 12.23, but she didn't receive it as a gift until the new year due to holiday travel. My mom suffers from a crippling disability and as much as she loved the beautiful chair, it caused her physical pain to sit it in, so she called to ask about a possible return. She was met with a very rude man who told her that he couldn't help her because he was too busy with customers I suppose he forgot a customer was on the phone also. After placing her on hold to "get his wife" he returned to say that no one could take her request and that they would call her back. They never did. A day or so later, my parents decided to return the chair in person since no one would take their call. They were told that there was a 7 day return policy that they would not extend. My mom explained that she didn't receive the chair until just recently. He said that didn't matter and no exceptions would be made. She then further explained her disability, and he told her "I don't care." He was so extremely awful and disrespectful to my mom who is handicapped. She got very upset with the response and tried to speak with someone else, but he completely dismissed her and told her to leave. I am appalled at the behavior of this small business. It is normal for a vendor to extend a typical return policy during the holiday season due to the timing of gift giving, but this man refused to allow an exception. He wouldn't even offer an exchange. No customer should be made to feel disrespected, but it is even worse to treat someone with disabilities this poorly. Instead of taking the return, instead my mom left humiliated and in tears. I hope you all think twice before visiting this establishment.

Store has a lot to choose from, but more importantly, you can also order exactly what you want. You can get the stain, the style, the look you want. Custom designs are no problem. The prices are a little salty, but it is quality work and solid oak, so that's no surprise. Heirloom quality!

Despicable owners and HORRIBLE customer service. My mom and I were in here last week and both of the owners treat customers very, very bad. We overheard the owners talking so mean to another customer, we almost couldn't believe it. Later, the owners were talking behind the desk about how they overcharged a customer earlier that day the customer didn't notice it apparently and the owners were laughing about it. We immediately left after this and refuse to spend any money here. All of the people who run this place are vile human beings.

Awesome furniture, ok selection. If you can’t get up to Shipshewana, this is the place to shop for Amish furniture in the Indy area. OC buys from Weaver and other Amish woodworkers. OC prices are comparable, given the distance. All Customizable. Great customer service. Don’t ever go to Simply Amish. They almost triple these prices for no reason.

Horrible Customer service!! As a prior reviewer eluded to, the customer service from this place is absolutely horrible from all of them the 2 older people who run it as well as the "son" that helps out. I will not be giving them a penny of my money. We were in there last week talking to one of the owners and they simply walked away from us mid-sentence. I said "what's going on", they said "we are going to check if the customer over there has any questions". What about my question that we were in the middle of asking? This is only one of many examples of the negative attitudes of these people. Can't speak to the quality, but even "if" the quality is good, why would you want to spend any money at an establishment that can't give you the time of day. I told them to go f themselves and simply walked away.

Didn't have what I was looking for this trip. But I have a cabinet I bought there Years ago and it still is sturdy as new and just as beautiful as when I bought it.

Went in today to order some pieces. These guys are really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very low pressure.
