Bought my very first mattress from The Mattress Guys yesterday and I have to say it was a great experience! Andy greeted us as we walked in and was wonderful at helping me find a bed that suited my wants and needs. I came out of there with not only a great deal on an awesome bed, but he also threw in two amazing pillows for free, because that's the kind of guy he is. Already recommending my family and friends for their future mattress purchases. Thanks so much!

The Mattress Guys is the number 1 mattress store in Avon! We went there with a vague idea of what we wanted, and they instantly directed us with two very concise recommendations. We were able to try out the mattresses with ease and were given plenty of time to try out several of varying firmness and size. There was no pushiness, no cheap tricks, just a store selling mattresses honestly and kindly. Setting up delivery was a breeze, too. I also want to mention that we had to end up cancelling our order because our moving plans changed. The Mattress Guys were very kind and understanding. I certainly will go back next time and I can't wait to do so. Thank you so much, Mattress Guys!

We've looked for a mattress for over 6 months. We went to at least half a dozen stores. But we could never find a comfortable bed in our price range. We walked in to Mattress Guys and found the perfect bed. And the awesome sales guy even gave us a HUGE discount on the bed, gave us two free pillows, they are delivering it for free and taking our bed away for free. And there is a 10 year warranty and a 30 day trial run. Its a King and we got the bed, box springs, and frame for $500 less than any other place we looked. No joke. Seriously GO THERE!!! It is awesome!!! The prices are so good and the service is excellent. And the quality of the beds are just as good as any other store that we went to.

Finally an Avon business owner that understands reputation and how successful businesses are built on honesty and integrity. If your looking for a mattress give Andy a shot - surely he will guide you the exact same way he did for our family. It’s good to know there are still a few honest people out there. We will recommend this place and buy again because I trust in Andy, that he will personally stand behind his sales/mattresses and provide the best warranty if it’s ever needed.

My husband and I went to Mattress Guys tonight and experienced the friendliest service from a guy named Andy! He was very laid-back, not pushy at all and gave us good advice on a mattress to get for our guest bedroom. Prices were excellent and they are delivering to our house in a very timely manner. I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a good priced-good quality mattress with great customer service.

I can't tell you how good these guys are I've been shopping with them for 10 years now and bought at least 5 beds, and the service is always the same. Friendly sales staff. Won't try to over sell you or talk you into more. Fantastic pricing! Delivered on time as promised. New bed set up and old bed removed. No extra fee. Anytime I hear someone looking to buy new bedding, I always refer this place.

After looking at the "big" stores in Avon for a mattress, we tried one last store before heading home. Glad we did. It's been about a month now and my daughter loves her mattress! We got a great price and very friendly service. Even down to the delivery guys. You can guarantee we will be returning when the rest of our mattresses in our house are ready to be replaced. Such a great experience with Andy at The Mattress Guys this weekend! We went in to look at beds dreading the experience; expecting hours and hours of bed shopping. However, Andy welcomed us into his store and answered all of our questions, and within 30 minutes, we had purchased a brand new King Size Bed Boss Bamboo infused memory foam bed! To make a great time even better, they offered delivery all the way up to Westfield! We got it this afternoon. The delivery guys were so quick to get it up a flight of stairs and set-up and even took our old bed. They were in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend The Mattress Guys​ to anyone looking for a high-quality-highly-affordable bed!

My parents purchased a mattress from here several years ago and it has become very uncomfortable with a lump in the middle of where their two bodies usually sleep. It's become so bad my father was finding the recliner chair his best choice for sleeping. I made an initial contact with the store to see if we could get the mattress replaced it has a 10 year warranty. It took two phone calls and several weeks to get them out there to check it. That finally happened a little over a week ago. The guy said they would submit it to insurance. We waited once again. A follow up call today indicated that the guy who looked at the mattress did not find anything wrong with it. Now they have to send someone else out to verify that. We'll see how long that takes. There's always an excuse for why they don't return a call or set up an appointment. Bottom line...follow up customer service to an unsatisfactory purchase leaves much to be desired. Prices may be good but sometimes you get what you pay for.
