Goin' Postal

I've been here several times & there is always an issue and miscalculation in postage. I usually ship via media mail & stamped mail. The prices are never the same and I always ship using the same weights for the items I ship. There is always someone different working the register and not a single worker ever really knows what to do. They overprice on Media Mail and postage. One worker claimed media mail doesn't come with tracking when every single time I had gone I was always offered tracking for it. I explained this to them and they were rude. Even when I go to the regular post office I am offered tracking even for letters. And they once tried to force me to use FEDEX to pay for service instead of USPS even after I said no thank you a few times. I came here for affordable postage not waste more money and sometimes they are not even at the actual office. They claim to be back by a certain time but don't. They also take their time mailing off packages. I guess by overcharging that's how they make their money. Yet it claims to be cheaper than regular post office. I would only come here because it was close to home & because I wanted to support a small business. Instead of wasting your time here just go to the regular post office or ship from home using PayPal which is much cheaper.

I completely agree with the other users. I have used any number of Post Offices, UPS Stores, etc. and I've never been as pleased as I was with my first shipping experience at Goin' Postal in Kennesaw. I will go out of my way to go back here to ship my packages as the service was fast and courteous.

I have been doing business with these guys for the last 5 years since they were over by Mellow Mushroom. They are all about customer satisfaction and trust. Thank you for always finding me the best deal on shipping and not charging me an arm and leg to package stuff up for me.

I've used Goin' Postal for years! The owner is one of the most kind-hearted and nicest men you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with. I'm always given options and informed on when I can save a few bucks on shipping. I will always ship wothbGoin' Postal!

This place is amazing!!! I will never go back to the Post Office. They can do it all here! Plus they will help you with any issues, problems, questions. When sending packages, they will email you the tracking info and they will assist, if needed, until the package is delivered. Thank you guys!

Sign said “We will return at 4:15”. Its 4:31. They close at 5. I have been waiting since 3:30. Open sign still blinking. Guess they took a half day.

Convenient location and friendly workers make me choose to go here rather than any US post office!
