Pak Mail

I had a large return package. I was able to use their dolly to get it out of my car. Easy dropping off. I was told to leave it at the front and that was it. I did ask for a receipt and was told I didn't need one and took a picture of my label. Hopefully my package is sent out. Update - my package did get shipped off. Glad it did. Next time I'll try and get a receipt for my package.

The female employee that is usually working this locations front counter is unnecessarily rude to everyone! I get anxiety just walking in the door that she will turn away or refuse my package. Completely no customer service at this location. People go to pakmail for easy shipping experience and mostly they don't know much about shipping. This location offers neither of those things.

Went in today to pick up a package and the lady was very rude. I have to come back on Monday to pick up my package. I asked her a simple question and she started lashing at me. Monday im not dealing with it, if your gonna give me attitude go ahead and tell the UPS guy to hold it.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE. Spend the 5 minutes driving somewhere else. Just had a horrible experience here with the same lady everyone is talking about in the rest of the bad reviews. Extremely rude, not helpful in the slightest, and prices were astronomical. Went to the UPS store down the street off Jiles and they were incredibly quick, cheap, and helpful.

This establishment is an overpriced scam. I was charged $25 for stamps. I went to a Walgreens a block away and got the same stamps for $12. If you have no other choice do your own research on prices before giving them any of your money. Otherwise drive a little further away.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this location but unfortunately because it is convenient, I have come back several times. I just sent my 10 year old daughter in to have my handicap pass laminated As I sat outside in my car right outside the door and the lady refused to laminate it saying my daughter was too young. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous! I will never go back. Plus the prices are over the top expensive. Don’t go!!!

The Indian lady who working at Pakmail was very unprofessional. I entered the store to return a package that I received the wrong item from Walmart. She told me to leave it on a table by the entrance. I told her I need a receipt that I sent back the package. She was mad at me and said I don't care what you want. This is your problem. I don't know where you order. She came and scan the package and gave me the receipt. I asked if she wants me to leave the package on the table she told me to do at the beginning. She said no she have to take it inside now. She had bed attitude and I will never go there again.

The Indian lady working here was very unprofessional we came in and she was no where to be found she was on the phone, she knew she had customers and still proceeded to talk on the phone we told her we came to pick up a package and she said she couldn’t give the package to just anyone. Although that wasn’t the problem, the problem was she was very rude even after we gave her an id and the paper slip that we received at our door from ups like she asked. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

Worst experience ever, had this older lady yelling at me while I’m trying to pick up my package… I don’t recommend this business to anyone. They need someone to teach them what customer service is about.

I have been a Pak Mail customer at this location for several years. The owner, Sabina, is always very friendly and courteous. The service is always prompt and professional, the store is very clean and organized. My packages have always been delivered on time and without hassle. I would recommend this store to family and friends for their mailing needs
